Minutes of the Third Meeting of SHRISTI 09

Agenda Items Discussed:
1. Budget: An itemized budget for SHRISTI-09 was placed by the student executive body and it was decided to put it up to finance section for sanctioning of the amount.
2. Inclusion of Faculty Coordinators: The proposal from the student side was accepted by the committee and decided to approach Dr. A.K.Gupta.(CHEM) to be included as an advisor in SHRISTI-09 committee.
3. Selection of Volunteers: Following an overwhelming response from the student community, suitable numbers of volunteers were granted permission to be included in TEAM SHRISTI- 09.

The meeting ended with the resolution to extend mutual support and encouragement to innovative ideas for grand success of “Techno-Management Fest”, SHRISTI-09.
